Why Hannibal Mejbri hasn't completed Manchester United loan exit yet

Hannibal Mejbri is set to join Birmingham City on loan from Manchester United before the deadline day of the summer transfer window.

The Manchester Evening News revealed earlier in the month that the Tunisian was going to leave United on a temporary deal after Erik ten Hag approved a loan exit for the teenager.

It is understood Hannibal agreed to join Birmingham on a season-long loan a matter of weeks ago and has grown frustrated by how long the deal has taken to be completed.
