Oasis will open their 2027 world tour at Celtic Park, after Noel Gallagher called the venue choice a "no-brainer".
The Gallagher brothers have confirmed five shows at the Glasgow stadium next May, beginning the band’s mammoth global tour.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Noel Gallagher said: “We don't want to play anywhere we played before, because it keeps it interesting for us.”
The Oasis co-founder said Celtic Park was high on the agenda because of his longstanding affection for Celtic. The band will perform on May 21, 23, 25, 28 and 29. The final concert will take place on Gallagher’s 60th birthday.

The concerts will also fall during celebrations marking the 60th anniversary of Celtic’s European Cup triumph in Lisbon.
Gallagher and his brother Liam are lifelong Manchester City supporters, while their family’s Irish roots have given them a strong connection to Celtic.
Fans are expected to show huge demand for tickets. Supporters can register for access codes before the ballot and general sale process.
The band chose the stadium because it has never hosted Oasis, helping keep the concerts fresh, while Gallagher’s Celtic support added unique importance.
