NEW DELHI: Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Monday gave an explanation for the third time over changing his bio from “Chief Minister of Assam, India” to “Chief Minister of Assam, BHARAT” on micro-blogging site Twitter.

Sarma changed his bio on July 18, soon after Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge announced that the group of 26 opposition parties which met in Bengaluru will be named Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA).
