According to Zoopla’s sales data, properties in Birkenhead had an overall average price of £133,282 over the last 12 months. Most sales during the last year were semi-detached properties, selling for an average price of £171,349.
Terraced properties sold for an average of £107,880, with detached properties fetching £379,735. Flats went for an average sale price of £91,978.
For a more localised idea of prices, homes in the Egerton Park area have sold for £450,000 , £370,000 and £236,000 in 2021. The floor plan of the property shows that is spans across three floors.
