Wholesale milk prices in Mumbai to rise ₹9 per litre to cross ₹100 from Sept 1

The price of milk in Mumbai is set to rise from September 1, with the Bombay Milk Producers Association (BMPA) announcing a ₹9 per litre increase in wholesale rates.

The wholesale price of milk supplied across Mumbai and its adjoining metropolitan supply networks will increase to ₹102 per litre from ₹93 currently, according to the association. The revised rate will remain in effect for six months, until February 28, 2027.
