Who won Dancing on Ice? Regan Gascoigne and Karina Manta win ITV show after three way tie in final

Dancing on Ice has a new champion after an emotional Regan Gascoigne triumphed at the end of a final that was too close to call, with a three way tie on the leaderboard.

Going into Sunday's last episode of the series, Regan and his pro partner Karina Manta were the bookies' hit tip to take the crown. But, just as the odds were tight, the scores ended up being even tighter as all three couples earned a perfect 80/80 after their two final routines.

Gazza's son Regan and his Dancing on Ice rivals Brendan Cole and Kimberly Wyatt started off their night with a Showcase skate, each doing a new number. Regan and Karina performed a West End worthy routine to Step in Time from Mary Poppins, while Brendan and Vanessa skated to an operatic medley and Kimberly and her pro partner Mark wowed with a skate to Joni Mitchell's River.

The second half of the final saw each of the final three give a 'best of' performance, with Regan and Karina bringing back their Barnum number from Torvill & Dean week; Brendan and Vanessa reprising their rain-soaked Harry Styles skate from Prop Week and Kimberly and Mark bringing the heat with their tango infused performance to Santa Maria.

Only the final two got to skate to Bolero and, after Kimberly finished in third, Regan and Brendan both got to emulate Torvill & Dean's Olympic winning performance from 1984. The judges were on their feet for both versions, leaving it for the public to decide.

And, after the vote closed, it was Regan and Karina who were called as the winners by hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Wiloiughby. The result sparked wild celebrations from Regan's family in the audience.
