The Mandalorian is now well into its third season, as the galactic adventures of Din Djarin (Pedro Pascal) and Grogu continue. The hit Disney+ series set in the Star Wars universe follows the titular bounty hunter and his little green companion as they traverse a galaxy far, far away, travelling to distant planets and meeting a host of otherworldly species.
On their travels, Din and Grogu acquaint themselves with droids, space-pirates, and the odd Jedi. In this latest season, Din is frequently in the company of fellow members of the Mandalorian tribe, many of whom are living in secret on the planet Nevarro after their people were scattered across the galaxy.
The clan is guided by a regal and enigmatic character known as The Armorer. Well-respected amongst her clan, the sage-like leader provides spiritual guidance and forges and repairs armor for her Mandalorian tribesmen.

The character appeared in three episodes of the show’s first season and returned in spin-off The Book of Boba Fett. She has had a more important role in the latest season, as Din spends time with the rest of his tribe after bathing in the Living Waters on Mandalore.
Speaking to ScreenRant, The Mandalorian executive producer Dave Filoni described The Armorer as the “lore keeper” of the clan.
“She’s the person that knowledge is passed on through,” he said. “We were talking about how there’s probably an Armorer that precedes this armorer, and it goes back through time – the songs of eons passed.

“Mando is a warrior, and the warrior carries the sword. The shaman has a different role, and the wizard has a different role. Merlin guides Arthur to find Excalibur; Merlin doesn’t wield Excalibur.”
But like all-but a few Mandalorians in the show, The Armorer’s identity beneath her helmet remains a mystery. So, who plays The Armorer in The Mandalorian?
