Antrim's Stephanie Meadow is aiming to win the KPMG Women's PGA Championship later this evening.
If she gets the job done on Sunday, she will make history by becoming the first Irish woman to win a major championship.
She'll have to get past Cavan's Leona Maguire however, as the 28-year-old leads the championship heading into the final round of the tournament.
Both are playing in the final pairing alongside Jenny Shin on what could be a famous day for Irish golf.
Here's what you need to know about Stephanie Meadow:
Where is Meadow from?
Jordanstown, County Antrim.
How old is Meadow?
31-years-old.
Rise to stardom
The Northern Irishwoman began playing golf as a child at Ballyclare Golf Club before joining Royal Portrush.
At the age of 14, she moved to America with her family.
Meadow burst onto the scene in 2012 when she won the Women's Amateur Championship. She went on to play college golf in America for the University of Alabama.
Meadow is considered to be one of the best golfers in the university's history. She won nine career tournaments for Alabama, six more than the next most successful player.
She turned professional in 2014 shortly before finishing third at that year's US Open. To date, that is Meadow's best performance in a major championship.
Meadow has two professional wins in her career, but she has never tasted victory on the LPGA Tour.
She has represented Ireland at two Olympic Games and finished seventh in 2021.
