A massive manhunt is underway for 31-year-old Shawn Laval Smith, who is accused of stabbing UCLA graduate student Brianna Kupfer to death at a Los Angeles furniture store.

Ms Kupfer, 24, was alone on a shift at the Croft House showroom in Hancock Park on 13 January when a masked man walked in and attacked her.
