German TikTok creator Noel Robinson found himself at the centre of unexpected controversy on Wednesday after he was briefly detained by Bengaluru police for filming a dance video without permission.
Known for blending cultures through dance, Robinson was seen grooving to a Kannada-language song alongside a local auto‑rickshaw driver. Although the clip quickly gained traction online, it also raised eyebrows over filming regulations and cultural boundaries.
