Nancy Guthrie, the 84‑year‑old mother of Savannah Guthrie, co‑anchor of NBC’s Today show, was reported missing from her home near Tucson, Arizona, and authorities are now treating the case as a possible crime, law enforcement officials said.
Nancy was last seen at her home in the Catalina Foothills area north of Tucson on the evening of Saturday, January 31, according to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department. Her family reported her missing to police around noon on Sunday, February 1, after she failed to arrive at church and could not be reached.
