A young Instagram creator known as michaelshowscoolthings has found himself receiving support from some very big names online after saying he needs to pause his Terraria videos. The creator had been uploading clips of himself playing the game for more than a week. Then, his posting suddenly slowed because his family is moving to another state, leaving him “just really sad” about the situation. The creator’s story has also stood out because of how simple his videos are. Instead of using a complicated recording setup or software such as OBS, he films his screen with a phone while playing Terraria. That basic approach has become part of what makes the clips feel different. Now, with a move forcing him to step away for a few days, creators including MrBeast have stepped in with messages of encouragement.
