Soccer Aid is back for another year with two teams of celebs and football legends taking to the pitch in the name of charity.
Among those taking part again this year is actor Martin Compston. Martin, 38, will be representing the World XI FC alongside the likes of Usain Bolt, Patrice Evra, Cafu and Mark Strong. Martin has taken part in Soccer Aid back in 2018, 2019 and 2021.
The actor is perhaps best known for his starring role as Anti-Corruption Unit Detective Inspector Steve Arnott in hit BBC drama Line of Duty. He has also appeared in dozens of other TV programs and films including Vigil, Mary Queen of Scots, The Nest, Our House and In Plain Sight.

Soccer Aid viewers may be wondering why is playing for the World XI. For the role in Line of Duty Martin put on an incredible English accent, but he's actually from Scotland.
Martin was born in Greenock and before he started acting was a promising footballer - so expect him not to look too out of place next to some of the legends on the pitch. He played for Aberdeen's youth team and made two appearances for Greenock Morton's senior team in the 2001-02 season.
Martin is married to American actress Tianna Chanel Flynn. They have a son named Brodie and live in Las Vegas.
Now in its 11th year, donations from Soccer Aid go to Unicef with money used to help give kids the best start in life.
Soccer Aid for Unicef 2022 is taking place at the London Stadium at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Stratford. The fixture has moved back to its summer date after taking place in September last year due to delays caused by the Covid pandemic.
Kick off is 7:30pm though the show starts a little earlier with plenty of build-up to the big match. Those who can't get to the match can watch it on ITV on Sunday, June 12, from 6.30pm.
