Adam Collard will be the first Islander to ever return to the Love Island villa as a contestant, with him set to "ruffle some feathers" among the latest batch of participants.
It was announced on Sunday night that the personal trainer, 26, is the "ultimate bombshell" – with a clip at the end of the episode teasing that he's making a return to the villa.
It marks the first time that an Islander has made a comeback to the show as a contestant, with Adam having previously featured in the fourth series of Love Island which had aired in 2018.
And he may be about to cause drama among the new cast who are living in the villa, with him recently revealing over his comeback: "I'm going to ruffle a few feathers when I go in."
Adam, from Newcastle, had been an original Islander on the show in 2018, alongside the likes of Wes Nelson, now 24, Alex George, now 31, and winner Dani Dyer, now 25.
He caused quite the stir during the series, seemingly unafraid to go after what he wanted. This prompted some drama within the villa whilst he was an islander.
He controversially chose to couple up with Kendall Rae Knight, now 30, early in the series and later ditched Rosie Williams, now 30, in favour of Zara McDermott, now 25.
He was dumped from the island more than halfway through the process, though Zara had already left. The pair began dating after returning to the UK from the Majorcan villa.
Their romance is understood to have lasted for around eight months following their departure from the villa, with them both later moving on in relationships with other people.
However, during their relationship, Adam was said to have got a tribute to Zara on his wrist in the form of a 'Z' tattoo – which he reportedly had covered up after they split up.

He later dated beauty influencer Sarah Godfrey for a few months and was more recently romantically linked to the Only Way is Essex alum Demi Sims, now 25, in around 2020 as the pair were seen locking lips at an event to celebrate Sam Bird's single release.
Professionally, Adam is a personal trainer and founded the Sculpt Fitness gym in his hometown. His Instagram primarily consists of fitness content, including workout videos.
He is also the host of the Lift Laugh Life podcast – which sees the former Islander have conversations with various guests about topics including fitness, business and life.
Adam joined adults-only subscription platform OnlyFans in 2020, though he hasn't been as active as some celebrities. He's understood to share fitness tips on there.
Fans will have to watch the new series of Love Island to see how he gets on and who he eyes up in the villa – with his introduction expected to be aired in the next episode.
Love Island continues tomorrow night on ITV2 and ITV Hub at 9pm. Episodes are available the following morning through BritBox.
