The train is once again hurtling down the tracks as the season three premiere of Snowpiercer lands on Netflix.
Fans have already been reacting to the episode which hinted at the much-anticipated return of Melanie, played by Jennifer Connelly.
After Melanie was left stranded at the shocking finale of season two, many viewers were left questioning her fate. However, executive producer Becky Clements later teased that she could still be alive, with Connelly confirmed to be returning for season 3.

The American post-apocalyptic dystopian thriller series is based on the graphic novel Le Transperceneige, which also inspired the Bong Joon-ho film of the same name.
The series has been met with critical and fan praise; the second season has a 88% fan rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
It follows the same premise as the movie: seven years after the world has become a frozen wasteland, the remaining population try to survive on a perpetually-moving train.
The season aired first on the US platform TNT on January 24, with UK viewers gaining access to it the next day via Netflix.

There's no way to binge the series, as new episodes are dropping weekly. Rest assured that the train isn't stopping anytime soon. Daveed Diggs, who plays Andre Layton, confirmed that the show was greenlit for a fourth season.

Who is in the Snowpiercer cast alongside Sean Bean?
Many familiar faces are returning for this season, including Jennifer Connolly, whose intriguing appearance will delight fans who had been calling for her return after that season 2 cliffhanger.
Melanie's fate is still uncertain. In an interview with TVLine, Becky Clements said: "I don’t know that she is alive….but we are pleased that Jennifer will join us for season 3".
What is certain is that lead good guy Daveed Diggs is back as Layton, and he will be facing off against resident villain Wilford, played by Sean Bean. Who is surprisingly still alive – Sean became known for being killed off in TV and film due to his 25 on-screen deaths. It got to the point where Sean started turning down roles where his character was pegged to die.
Series regulars Alison Wright, Rowan Blanchard, Lena Hall, Mickey Sumner, Sam Otto, Annalise Basso, and Steven Ogg are also coming back.
The series' promotional trailer also offered a glimpse of a brand new character. Archie Panjabi of The Fall and The Good Wife plays this mysterious Asha, who has supposedly survived for years off the train.
