Who is Hector Deleon, Penn Station stabbing suspect arrested after 5 people were injured?

51-year-old Hector Delion, a homeless and emotionally disturbed man was arrested in connection with the terrifying stabbing incident that took place at Penn Station, New York City's biggest transportation hub, on Sunday evening. Amtrak Police first responded to a slashing attack around 7 pm, according to officials. By that time, five victims had already been slashed and all of them were taken to the hospital. Delion was arrested at the site and a knife was found from the scene.
