Cameron House, one of Scotland’s best-known luxury hotels, has been sold in a deal reportedly valued at up to £100 million to Victory Group, a hospitality and real estate investment company founded by Erik Moresco, according to The Times (UK).
Moresco is a former managing director at Blackstone and previously worked at Morgan Stanley across New York, London, and Paris on mergers, acquisitions, and real estate investment deals. He founded Victory Group in 2009 with a focus on hospitality and real estate investments across Western Europe.
