OpenAI, the American artificial intelligence research organisation behind ChatGPT, has appointed Arvind KC as its new Chief People Officer, the company announced in a press release.
In his new role, KC will be responsible for shaping how OpenAI manages its workforce as it grows. This includes overseeing hiring, onboarding, employee development, performance management and organisational systems and policies that support collaboration and high performance across the company.
