Love Island bombshell Abi Moores is one of six girls heading to Casa Amor for the 2023 series. The new contestant has joined the villa alongside Amber Wise, who is the daughter of footballer Dennis Wise, Danielle Mazhindu, Gabby Jeffery, Tink Reading, and Molly Marsh, who is returning to the show after she was made single and dumped.
Asked why she was looking forward to joining Casa Amor, Abi said: "I want to find a boyfriend! Everyone on Love Island is so sexy. I feel like the kind of person that would do Love Island is definitely the type of person I could be in a relationship with. "
Abi who describes herself as "quite feisty and fiery," is looking for someone who is "loyal, kind and funny - has good banter and a good sense of humour and has good energy coming from them."
But who is Abi, how old is she and what does she do for a living? Here's everything you need to know.
Who is Abi Moores?
Abi is a flight attendant from Hampshire. When asked to describe herself, she said: "I’m quite feisty and fiery but I come across very posh and polite. I am very bubbly and I’m very positive. I’m into manifestation and a positive mindset.
"I’m very active and I like to do adventurous things; I love rollercoasters, quad biking, mountain climbing but at the same time, I love lying around a pool all day long."
How old is Abi Moores?
Abi is 25 years old. Asked how she plans to turn heads, she said: "Having good eye contact. Everyone says my eyes are my best feature. My plan is to gauge how they’re feeling. I always call it my ‘spidey senses’. I’m a very good judge of character, I can see through people and see their energy.
"If they fancy me I should be able to gauge it quite well, so I should know who to graft with and who to leave to the side."
Is Abi Moores on Instagram?
Yes, you can find Abi on Instagram here, where she already has over 24,000 followers. However, her profile will remain dormant while she is in the villa. Usually, family members and friends take over the contestants' accounts while they are on the show, but the broadcaster has confirmed that nothing will be published on the Islanders' behalf this year.
The change was implemented for the winter series part of Love Island's duty of care measures and aims to protect both the islanders and their families from the adverse effects of social media.
