She faced Kye Whyte and Tippy Packard in the dreaded skate-off, before the judges decided to send the star and her skating partner Matt Evers home.
All five judges unanimously decided to save Kye following the Prop Week performances.
As she was sent home, Sally told viewers: "I have had the time of my life. I can't tell you how much I have loved doing this show. It's been brilliant."

It was Angela who fell during their final skate, but Bez has been tipped for an exit for weeks.

Liberty had come agonisingly close to finishing her performance with Joe when the main event lift went very pear-shaped.
The couple were knocked out by the casting vote of head judge Christopher Dean.
Poole, who found fame on Love Island, put her exit down to the fall after she was confirmed as the fourth contestant to leave the show.
"If i hadn’t had that fall tonight...but you know, these things happen," she said. "I want to thank my mum for being in the audience every week, she is my rock.
"Thanks to Joe as well because I always dreamed of doing this and never thought I was going to do be able to."
Skate Off Three - Rachel Stevens and Brendyn Hafield
Singer Rachel Stevens was the third celebrity skater to leave the competition.
The former S Club 7 singer was unanimously voted out by judges Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse, Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean after a tense skate-off against Kye Whyte and Tippy Packard.
Speaking following her elimination after performing Lady Antebellum's Need You Now, Rachel said she had "loved" being a part of the show.
"It’s definitely been a process," she said. "I’ve loved it so much, and dancing with Brendan."

Television presenter Ria Hebden was the second celebrity to be voted off of the skating show.
She and her professional skating partner Łukasz Różycki faced former S Club 7 singer Rachel Stevens and Brendyn Hatfield as they performed to Taylor Swift's ME! in the skate-off, but the judges voted unanimously for Rachel.
Ria said she would carry on skating after the show with her family and said she had made a "friend for life" in Łukasz. She said it had been "extraordinary" taking part in the show and hoped it had "brightened up everyone's evenings".

Rugby player Ben Foden was the first celebrity to be voted off Dancing On Ice this year.
He and his professional skating partner, Robin Johnstonel, put up a good fight in the skate-off as they danced to Eric Clapton's Wonderful Tonight, but the judges decided it was their time to leave the rink.
Ben said he's had a great three months training for the show, and also said Robin was a very "special" lady before he did his final lap of honour.
