The owner of the car involved in the viral Golf Course Road accident in Gurugram has said he was not driving the vehicle when it allegedly hit a woman biker. Meanwhile, Gurugram Police has taken suo motu cognisance of the incident and registered an FIR against the accused driver, officials said on Monday.
Speaking to ANI, the car owner, identified as Manish, said he had lent the vehicle to a friend and was at work when the incident took place. He said Kalyan Singh had borrowed the car two days earlier after saying he needed to go somewhere.
