White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is set to address the briefing room on Tuesday, marking her first appearance since President Biden's recent debate performance. Following the debate in Atlanta, Jean-Pierre engaged with the press aboard Air Force One during a trip to Queens, New York, and will now return to the White House briefing room for on-camera questioning.

President Biden, who spent the weekend with family at Camp David, made remarks at a post-debate rally in Raleigh, North Carolina, acknowledging his debate shortcomings but emphasizing his commitment to truth-telling and fighting for the American people.
