Love Island Australia‘s spiciest season has officially come to an end, and we now know which couples have put all their eggs in the basket — if you catch our drift! Here’s which Love Island Australia 2024 couples are still together and which have called it quits on their Majorca fling.
Heads up! This article contains Love Island Australia 2024 spoilers.
Love Island 2024 was definitely a one-of-a-kind season. We were introduced to new twists like Hotel Amor, the Love Island gods, and the finale’s Truth Bike.
However, just like most of the couples on this list, all good things must come to an end. Monday night, December 16, marked Love Island Australia 2024’s grand finale, where Em and Mercedes were named the winners of this year’s season!
But if you’re just here for the relationship status of those who’ve embarked on a Majorca romance for our entertainment, you’re in the right space.
With the season officially finito, we finally have all the tea on which couples are still kicking it post-Love Island Australia!
So… on to the golden question…
Which Love Island Australia 2024 couples are still together?
Are Kaylah and Eric still together?
Kayla and Eric are a round of runner-ups in this year’s batch of Love Island Australia and yes! They are still together.
Speaking to 9Entertainment days after the finale, the surviving couple revealed they’re in love following their Majorca stay.
“We’re together every day, all day,” Eric said.
In a sweet, sweet update, Kaylah revealed that they’re now living together and that things just keep getting “better and better” between them.
“We work together in the gym, then we live together as well. We have not left each other’s side, and it just keeps getting better and better,” Kaylah added.
“We say that to each other every single day. We’re like, ‘Who would have thought that our love could get better and better?’ But it just keeps getting more incredible.”
The couple’s relationship comes as no surprise because prior to Monday night’s finale, Kayla let it slip in a vox pop at an event with fashion brand White Fox that she’s still with her villa boo.
“Well, I’m still with my partner that I met in the villa still currently. We are loved up,” she yelled into the mic.

As they say, couples who get gains together stay together.
Are Niko and Mia still together?
Niko and Mia were one of this year’s runner-ups! Sadly, the pair have since called it quits.
We were all a bit suspicious, because during Mia’s appearance on the show, rumours began to bubble claiming she had a secret boyfriend named Christo.
A source who claimed to be “pretty close to Mia until recently” took to r/LoveIslandAus with some wild allegations about this rumoured outside boyfriend. The Redditor claimed she just wanted to be on the show to become an influencer, win money and gain followers.
In an interview with 9Entertainment, Niko confirmed that doing long distance killed their relationship. He’s based in Sydney, and Mia is based in Adelaide.
“Interstate is hard. When we got out of the Villa, it was roughly about six weeks where we were talking, exclusive and seeing each other, travelling down to Adelaide and [Mia] to Sydney,” he said.
“After that it got a bit difficult, just a personality clash. It’s nothing to do with her as a person, we just didn’t align as well as we originally thought.”
He swears the pair are still on good terms and continue to be friends to this day. All’s well that ends well, I guess!
Are Mercedes and Em still together?
Unfortunately, the day after they were crowned king and queen of the Love Island Australia 2024 villa, Em and Mercedes confirmed that they’re no longer an item.
In an interview with PEDESTRIAN.TV, Em spilled the deets on their split but emphasised that they ended things on a good note.
“Mercedes and I are not together. We do have a good friendship, and we speak quite regularly,” the 26-year-old model shared.
You can peep our full breakup chat below.
In an email, the former FBoy Island participant echoed Em’s statement, describing his Love Island Australia ex-boo as an “amazing woman”.
“My relationship with Em is good,” the reformed FBoy wrote.
“Unfortunately we are no longer together and truly I think that’s for the best. She’s an amazing woman but I don’t think we would work longer term and I wouldn’t want to waste either of our time.
“We’re still good friends and I’ll be seeing her when I come to AU. I am single as a person can be.”
Bummer our winners couldn’t make it beyond Majorca.
Are Taylor and Hannah still together?
After Taylor and Hannah were brutally dumped from the villa, the pair revealed to 9Entertainment that they’d split shortly after they returned back to Melbourne.
“Hannah and I left the Villa with all intentions to give it a go on the outside world. We got back to Melbourne and we continued to see each other quite briefly,” Taylor told the publication.
“We started to get to know each other without the cameras and see each other’s lives and lifestyles, and there was something that didn’t sit with me morally.”
Despite their relationship not lasting outside of Love Island, Hannah admitted that they’re still “really close friends”.
“Were as close as we were in the Villa just not romantically,” she added.
Prior to the confirmation of a split, Aussie influencer Sam Guggenheimer might’ve spoiled the whole show right before the season kicked off.
Before Taylor entered the villa as the season’s first bombshell, Guggenheimer posted a photo alongside the 28-year-old reality TV star which some fans interpreted as a major spoiler to his journey.
However, during an Instagram Q&A, the influencer confirmed they’re just friends and confirming that they run in the same circles down in Melbs.
“We have mutuals and [are] in the same scene in Melbourne so have known him for a while,” she said.
“People saying we are dating is so funny.
“People of the opposite sex can be friends… shocker I know.”
As for Hannah, Redditors on r/LoveIslandAus are convinced she’s found love outside of the villa. In a series of Instagram Stories from a now-deleted account, the user calls the former beauty pageant queen “pooks”.

Are Tommy and Sydney still together?
Unfortunately, for those who were keen for these two to make it beyond Love Island Australia it’s a no-go for this pair. After Sydney was dumped from the villa, Tommy packed up his eggs and yeeted on out of there!
While you’d think they’d rekindle what ever they had in the villa — it was honestly hard to tell — the pair did not reconnect romantically, but ended things on good terms!
Are Zane and Jade still together?
Unfortunately for these two, their relationship on both Love Island Australia and real life did not last that long.
To give you a brief recap, Jade joined the pointy end of the season and coupled up with OG islander Zane. However, their relationship fizzled after they were booted out of the villa as the Love Island superfans voted them the least loved-up couple.
The pair confirmed to 9Entertainment that their connection didn’t last outside of the villa, but Jade was able to land a boyfriend.
“From a girl who’s never had a boyfriend and then I went on Love Island, and then came back and now I have a boyfriend, it’s just literally 180. It’s so crazy!” she told the publication.
“He’s definitely been a friend of mine for a long time. I’ve known him for ages, and I think just with going outside of my comfort zone and being a little bit more outward and open to new experiences, this relationship has just blossomed.”
As for Zane, he did find a connection in the villa that wasn’t with Jade… It was with Taylor!
The bromance is so strong between these two, that Zane is planning to move to Melbourne for his fellow islander.
“I will really just be good to live with each other… creating content together, training together, all the kind of jazz,” he revealed.
Are Dylan and Sophie still together?
After a tumultuous journey on Love Island Australia 2024, Dylan and Sophie did NOT make it beyond the villa.
Dylan admitted to 9Entertainment that things ended when they returned Down Under, with Sophie going home to the Gold Coast and Dylan heading back to Sydney.
“We left the Villa with good intentions and then I went back to Sydney, Sophie went back to the Gold Coast and I realised it was probably never going to work,” he said.
While you’d think distance would be the main wedge that caused them to split, it was Sophie and Zane’s escapades in Hotel Amor that made it hard for the couple to move on.
“In the Villa I tried to block out all the noise and give us a chance but everything that happened between [Sophie] and Zane I was never really OK with that. I never really got over that,” he continued.
“We both came to the agreement that it was best if we just leave things.”
Sophie told the publication that she and Dylan had an inkling that things wouldn’t work beyond the villa.
“It’s almost like we knew it wouldn’t work but when we’d make up it felt really good. So looking back it was unhealthy,” she said.
When they returned to Australia, Sophie admitted that they’d tried to make things work with the distance. However, her Love Island match started “acting a little bit funny” which led to the relationship’s demise.
“Dylan did start acting a little bit funny and he did give me a ring and let me know that there’s somebody from his past that has come back up and that he’s interested in getting to know again,” she continued.
“I just decided to remove myself from the equation and I think it was probably for the best.”
In a wild turn of events, Dylan has actually rekindled his relationship with Mimi, who he previously matched with on the show.
Are Mimi and Steph still together?
The short answer is no. Mimi and Steph are not together.
Following their exit from the Island — where they were booted off for being clout chasers (lol) — Steph revealed to 9Entertainment that they called it quits after one month.
“Mimi and I are not in a relationship, we decided to stop things one month after the show but we are on good terms together. I don’t regret anything, she’s an amazing woman,” he told the publication.
While Steph spoke highly of his Love Island fling, Mimi did not echo the same feelings, revealing that she was the one who did the dumping.
“I actually called it quits with him, purely because he did and said things that I was not comfortable with. He showed another side of him that I didn’t like,” she began.
“When the show finished, we actually got into quite a big argument that involved me stating that I didn’t want to continue this relationship.
“He kind of crossed my boundaries quite a few times and I was quite upset about it. I feel like he was a different person outside of the Villa.”
Yikes!!
While Mimi seemingly had a bitter breakup with the Love Island god, things are looking up for the businesswoman. Recently, Dylan and she confirmed that they’re rekindling their relationship post-Mallorca vacay.
Who has been eliminated from Love Island Australia 2024?
Dylan and Sophie
After a helluva bumpy ride on the show, Dylan and Sophie were the final couple to be eliminated fro this season. Thankfully (IMHO) they’re no longer together!
Mimi and Steph
At the hands of their fellow Love Island members, Mimi and Steph were voted off for potentially being clout chasers on the show.
Imagine if they did that earlier with multiple people up for elimination. Would’ve been a quiet AF villa.
Zane and Jade
After being voted the least-loved-up couple in the villa, alongside Dylan and Sophie, it was Zane and Jade who saw the chopping block.
It was truly a brutal elimination, especially for Jade who was a fresh bombshell!
Krissy
In a double plot twist, bombshell Krissy was dumped from the villa after Hannah returned during another recoupling ceremony.
Basically, Taylor was given the option to pick between Krissy and Hannah. Ultimately, the former Summit contestant picked Hannah, dumping the bombshell from the villa.
Hannah
After what seemed to be a slow burn, Hanna finally coupled up with Taylor. However, their relationship was short-lived after Mia decided to couple with Niko (her Love Island ex). As a result, Hannah was left single. But instead of allowing the couples to do their thing and recouple, like in every ceremony, Hannah was booted from the villa immediately…
Or so we thought.
Tommy
Following his partner’s shock dumping from the villa, Tommy decided to put all his eggs in one basket and leave the show.
So admirable of him IMO!
Sydney
Love Island god and former Love Island US contestant Sydney was unfortunately dumped from the villa after Zane and Niko voted her least likely to find love.
At the time, Sydney was paired with egg-man Tommy.
Xanthe
Xanthe, 21, was unfortunately dumped from the villa after her ex partner Zane was picked by fresh bombshell Kaylah, and incoming bombshell Mercedes chose to save Sophie over her.
Indigo
In an emotional elimination, Indigo was officially dumped from the villa after his partner (or ex-partner now) Sophie picked Dylan over him.
Eilisha
Unfortunately, the first female islander to leave the villa is Eilisha, who was unfortunately dumped by the season’s first bombshell, Taylor, who ended up with Em.
Kane
Unfortunately, with Xanthe picking Zane, Kane was booted out of the villa. Despite his short time on the show, Aussie audiences grew to love Kane for his easy-going attitude and love for Taylor Swift, which he shared with Xanthe.
I guess that’s a wrap on Love Island Australia 2024. Until next time!
