For almost a decade Jenna Fischer played everyone's favourite receptionist on the other side of the Atlantic.
Starring in the US Office, the UK original's hugely popular offshoot, between 2005 and 2013, the American actress took on the role of Pam Beesly.
Fischer, 48, was nominated for the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series in 2007.
Now, with the The Office available on streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, the show is gaining traction and its fandom is growing.
This has in turn led to an increasing number of Pam fanatics, with Twitter rife with memes spawned from her comical lines and facial expressions.
Fans particularly have a soft spot for the character's relationship with co-worker and eventual boyfriend Jim Halpert, played by John Krasinski.
"I always think I'm going to get into the Office but every time I just end up watching Jim and Pam Youtube videos instead," wrote Laura Weiant on Twitter.
Another user added: "Normalize only watching the office for Pam and Jim."
Despite the characters' romantic relationship, that never translated off-screen.
Both Fischer and Krasinski, whilst still close, are married to separate spouses and have families of their own - much to many The Office's fans disappointment.
Jenna got married to screenwriter and director Lee Kirk in 2010. He in fact directed his wife two years later in The Giant Mechanical Man, a romcom about a street performer and a zoo worker.
The pair have two children, a boy and a girl. Their first, Weston was born in 2011, before Harper arrived in 2014.
This came after Fischer's first marriage to Guardians of the Galaxy director James Gunn, which lasted from 2000 to 2008.
As an actress Fischer has had roles in movies such as Hall Pass (2011) and shows like Splitting up Together (2018). She's also made appearances on Drunk History and Celebrity Family Feud.
The actress started a podcast back in 2019 with former The Office co-star Angela Kinsey. Office Ladies consists of them reminiscing on episodes from the show and giving fans behind the scenes secrets.
The show has had guests including John Krasinski and Paul Feig, and won the 2021 iHeartRadio Podcast of the Year award. The hosts are also bringing out a book this month called The Office BFFs: Tales of The Office.
Fischer already has a book of her own titled The Actor's Life: A Survivor Guide, which came out in 2017.
According to Celebrity Net Worth the actress is estimated to have a net worth of $16million.
She also made a notable appearance on chat show Jimmy Kimmel Live in 2018.
Fischer was supposed to be promoting Splitting up Together but the main point of conversation was her appearance, after she came out dressed in just a towel and a pair of jeans.
"I waited a little too long to get dressed and then my zipper broke and I panicked," she confessed.
"I am a Missouri girl, and the show must go on. I'm mentally freaking out [because] I'm on a talk show in a towel, but I'm physically very comfortable."
In her spare time, Fischer enjoys tending to her garden, where she has an orange tree.
"This is our Seven Sad Oranges tree…not to be confused with our little Sumo…I’ve been composting to make nutrient-rich soil for this sweetie and I think it’s been working!!", she posted on Instagram on April 26.
Addressing the question of what she does with the oranges, she answered: "We eat them and we donate them to our local food pantry!"
