Liverpool is known across the globe for its nights out.
Earlier this month the city was recognised as one of the best places for a night out in the country, but everyone who lives here already knew that. The city has a vibrant party culture and changes shape at night as the dozens of venues open their doors.
There are so many places where you can have a decent night out, whether you're doing it in style at one of the city's larger clubs or having a quieter night out at one of our many bars. We really are spoiled for choice.

Three city centre streets contain a majority of peoples' favourite places for a night out.
Castle Street, Mathew Street and Seel Street have had a choke-hold on the city's nightlife but that's loosening as other parts of the city, like the Albert Dock and Baltic Triangle, have become essential go-tos for people wanting to let loose.
