New Prime Minister Liz Truss has a mixed track record when it comes to LGBTQ+ issues.
It appears as if the Brexit-backing right-wing politician 's fight for equality only extends to some letters of the acronym as opposed to the community as a whole. While she has voted in favour of same-sex marriage consistently since 2013, she has also publicly expressed how she doesn't believe trans women are women and how gender-affirming care shouldn't stretch to minors.
