Viewers have been left annoyed after the latest series of a Channel 5 farming show returned - but with last year's episode.
Helen Skelton was back on our screens tonight with the wholesome Channel 5 show Springtime on the Farm. However, viewers were quick to notice it wasn't a new episode at all.
Showing life at Cannon Hall Farm in Barnsley, the episode focused on welcoming some adorable four-legged friends to the farm. But, due to a technical error, Channel 5 showed an episode from last year.

@Teresa said: "What about showing the new episode that was planned for tonight. When will we see that one" @Callum added: "How have you done that?!"
@Megan said: "I think there has been an issue on channel 5 as there was a glitch before the start and it is showing last years springtime on the farm?!"
@Rachel added: "Why are you playing last years #springtime on the farm and not the new series, have you made a mistake as this is not the new episode, not very happy was looking forward to the series" In a statement Channel 5 confirmed it was a technical issue, saying the show would be back tomorrow (Weds) with the new series.
Channel 5 said: "Apologies, we've had a technical issue with today's planned Springtime on the Farm. It will be back tomorrow at 8pm as planned, all new."
