At the start of the Boston Celtics’ 2023-24 campaign, star Celtics forward Jayson Tatum was projected to be among the top candidates to win the league’s 2024 Most Valuable Player award, but has since fallen out of the top five. Does this reflect on his standing in the league’s hierarchy, or are we still considering the St. Louis native a top 10 player?
Not everyone thinks he is still among the NBA’s elite after a not-quite elite season to date. Among them are “What’s Wright” podcast host Nick Wright, who laid out what he really thinks of the Duke alum on a recent episode of the eponymous “Colin Cowherd” podcast.
