When will Thursday Night Football start streaming on Amazon?

As you may have heard, Amazon Prime now has the rights to stream Thursday Night Football, with the company getting Al Michaels and Kirk Herbstreit to call NFL games on Thursdays going forward.

But if you’re tuning into the opening game of the 2022 NFL season — the Buffalo Bills against the defending champion Los Angeles Rams — you may be surprised to find out that it’s not on Amazon.

It’s actually on NBC on Thursday!

So if you’re here, you may be wondering: When does Thursday Night Football kick off on Amazon Prime?

The answer: TNF will be on Amazon Prime in Week 2, with the Kansas City Chiefs and Los Angeles Chargers playing.
