Here’s a question I immediately wanted an answer to, and wouldn’t you know that ESPN’s Adam Schefter had the answer right after New York Governor Kathy Hochul postponed the Bills and Pittsburgh Steelers game in Buffalo due to the huge lake effect snowstorm was coming on Sunday.
When was the last time the NFL had a postponed playoff game?
That answer is: Back in 2017, the Steelers (again!) and Kansas City Chiefs game was moved from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m. The reason? It was an ice storm that was the culprit.
So if you’re looking for the trivia answer, there you have it:
Last changed playoff game also involved Pittsburgh: The 2016 Divisional Playoff game between the Steelers and Chiefs in KC was moved from 1:05 ET to 8:20 ET because of an ice storm. https://t.co/r6qlgX2d6J
