When the January transfer window 2023 closes as Chelsea, Arsenal and Tottenham conduct business

The January transfer window is well underway and many Premier League clubs have added to their current crop of players ahead of the second half of the 2022/23 season.

So far, Chelsea and Arsenal have been busy as Graham Potter and Mikel Arteta look to bolster their respective playing squads. The Blues have already signed Benoit Badiashile, David Datro Fofana, Andrey Santos, and Mykhailo Mudryk this month with an eye on the short and long term, while the Gunners continue with their pursuit of new signings after bringing in Leandro Trossard.

Todd Boehly's overhaul at Stamford Bridge is expected to continue in the coming days with Enzo Fernandez the subject of talks for the Blues as they look to secure a blockbuster deal before the deadline day. Meanwhile, Arsenal are also on the hunt for their own midfielder which has been highlighted after having two Moises Caicedo bids rejected by Brighton & Hove Albion.
