McDonald's are releasing a new summer menu and the news of halloumi fries are part of the line up have people's taste buds tingling already.
Every so often the fast food giant revamps their menu, adding limited edition snacks and burgers, keeping customers on their toes and helping them mix up their regular order.
McDonald's new menu shake up will also see the return of mozzarella dippers, four new burgers, a tiramisu Mcflurry and a fruit punch.

But with the additions, some loved items will be removed from their menu to make room for the newbies. Sadly, we'll be saying goodbye to the McSpicy, Grand Big Mac, Grand Big Mac with Bacon, Garlic Cheese Dippers, McFlurry Chocolate Flake, regular and McFlurry Raspberry Flake.
Many people are excited about the halloumi fries that are inspired by the 'flavours of Cyprus', according to McDonald's.
McDonald’s says: “Bringing a flavour of Cyprus, the new addition of McDonald’s halloumi fries, are set to be a firm favourite for an epic picnic bite. Coated in a light batter and served with a rich tomato dip, for that perfect dunk."
The first part of the menu is launching as early as June 8 and is inspired by Italian flavours while the second is inspired by Spain and the Mediterranean.
When are halloumi fries available in McDonald’s?
The halloumi fries are launching as the second part of the McDonald’s summer menu, from July 27. They will be limited edition, and only available until September 6.
How much will McDonald’s halloumi fries cost?
The halloumi fries will come in two sizes and priced accordingly. The normal pack will contain four pieces and will cost £2.49 and the sharebox of nine fries will cost £6.49 .
