Manchester United are into the last four of the Carabao Cup and Manchester City are hoping to join them on Wednesday night.
United secured their place in the last four with a 3-0 win over League One's Charlton Athletic on Tuesday evening. Attention has since turned to the blue half of Manchester, with City making the long trip to Southampton for their quarter-final.

When is the Carabao Cup semi-final draw?
The semi-final draw for the League Cup will take place on Wednesday, January 11 at the conclusion of the match between Southampton and City. The draw will likely begin between 10pm and 11pm.
Who is hosting the draw and what channel is it on?
Mark Chapman will host the draw on Sky Sports. He will be joined by former City midfielder and Euro 2022 winner Jill Scott and ex-City defender Nedum Onuoha.
What are the ball numbers for the draw?
The ball numbers for the Carabao Cup draw have yet to be confirmed. It is expected that these will only be confirmed at the conclusion of the quarter-final ties.
Which teams will be in the draw?
United and Newcastle are confirmed to be in the draw, and they will be joined by either City or Southampton, and Nottingham Forest or Wolves. The first leg of the semi-finals will take place on the week commencing January 23 with the return leg taking place during the week beginning January 30.
