Summer is almost behind us, which means October half-term is only a short time away.
A half-term break signifies a half-way point through a term in school. This means that half-term breaks are usually only a week long, unlike the two weeks or more that kids get off school for a full term break like Christmas or Easter.
While it's only a short break, the half-term week off means parents will still have to come up with ways to keep their kids entertained.
