The latest series might only just have started but there will be plenty of fans — and critics — who want to know when I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! is due to end.
The first episode of the 2022 edition aired on Sunday (November 6) evening, with 10 of the 12 stars entering the Aussie jungle.
There has been plenty of turmoil with the show, with the announcement that former Health Secretary Matt Hancock will be the 12th celeb to join the Down Under cast hitting front page headlines last week.
Mr Hancock, who did not enter the jungle on Sunday, quit his Cabinet job last year after admitting to breaking Covid social distancing rules he had helped implement while conducting a fling with his aide, Gina Colangelo.
There was also a shock in the jungle as well. Just 24 hours into filming, Love Island star Olivia Attwood, 31, was forced to quit the show.
ITV producers explained the 31-year-old had been forced to withdraw from the show on medical grounds not long after jumping out of a helicopter for the first episode.
With more surprises expected on the programme fronted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly, here is a look at how long the fun is likely to continue for.
When is the I’m A Celebrity 2022 final?
All I’m A Celeb fans will want to keep their diaries free to ensure they see who is crowned the king or the queen of the jungle in the final episode of the series.
ITV has not given a date for when the final will air, but it is possible to do some rough maths to work out when it might be.
In previous series, I’m A Celeb has aired for between 19 and 22 episodes, sometimes as often as five to six times a week.
In 2021, when the show was filmed in Wales rather than Australia due to the coronavirus pandemic, the star-studded programme ran for 22 episodes.
Considering the show started on Sunday, viewers can likely expect the 2023 edition to run for around four weeks.
Given the winner is usually announced on a Sunday, the show’s finale could be Sunday December 4.
Exact details are likely to be confirmed nearer the time, however.
When is I’m A Celeb on TV?
There will be plenty of I’m A Celeb action for those who love their reality TV and bizarre challenges involving creepy crawlies and other animals that give people "the ick".
With some contestants still to make their arrival, the New South Wales setting is bound to provide a stage for some fascinating telly.
Following Sunday’s series debut, Monday’s (November 7) episode will air at 9pm, lasting until 10.30pm.
The shows follow that start time every day this week, apart from on Tuesday, when that evening's episode starts on ITV at 9.15pm.
The episode last between 75 and 80 minutes per night during the first week.
