EastEnders are set for some dramatic scenes this Christmas and New Year - as Danny Dyer makes his exit from the BBC soap.
It's been a huge year for the residents of Walford and this Christmas is set to be just as dramatic as Danny Dyer's final scenes as Mick Carter will air. Mick and Janine are set to marry - but will it go to plan or is there disaster ahead as Shirley is desperate to expose Janine for who she really is? With secrets and lies being exposed, how will it all pan out for those in the Square?

What's happening on EastEnders over Christmas?
EastEnders promises to be very dramatic this Christmas as Janine's lies could finally be exposed. Shirley has been growing more and more suspicious of Janine and she is determined to bring her down. Linda and Shirley are stunned when they get an invite to Christmas Day dinner by Janine - but there's a huge shock ahead.
Shirley is desperate to show Mick and everyone else what Janine is really like and her plan continues throughout Christmas Day. A vicious row breaks out - but Janine shrugs off all the accusations flying around. Scarlett walks in - will she finally tell the truth about her mum and what happened with Linda, or can her secret stay hidden.
As secrets and lies are exposed, all hell breaks loose. It's clear Mick's world is imploding around him - will he fight for his love with Linda and will he see Janine for who she is? However it all pans out Christmas Day will be Mick Carter’s last day in Walford...
