The draw for the third round of the Carabao Cup takes place tonight.
Last night’s action saw Tottenham the biggest name to crash out early while there were nervy nights for Brentford, Luton and Crystal Palace. Chelsea almost suffered the same fate, but came from behind to beat AFC Wimbledon.
Holders Manchester United, Arsenal, Manchester City, Newcastle, West Ham, Brighton and Aston Villa are all in the hat, with all fixtures possible from this stage onwards with the regionalised portion of the cup finishing in round two.
