When I'm A Celebrity South Africa was filmed, is it live and how it works

I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out Of Here is back - but don't worry, that doesn't mean it's November yet.

A new edition of the popular reality show is now airing, which sees famous faces swap the Australian outback for South Africa. The celebrities taking part aren't strangers to the format - they've all done their time in the jungle previously and will be battling it out to be crowned the ultimate I'm A Celeb legend.

The show is set in Kruger National Park, one of South Africa's largest game reserves. A line-up of celebrities, including actress Helen Flanagan, boxer Amir Khan and The Happy Mondays star Shaun Ryder, will take on some of the toughest bush tucker trials ever, reports the MEN.
