Love Island is returning to our screens in a matter of days and a new class of hitherto unknown lotharios and temptresses are set to become household names. Fans can follow the various twists and turns as the contestants romance each other by the pool from Monday, June 6.
The hit TV dating show is hosted by Wicklow native, Laura Whitmore. Her husband, comedian Iain Sterling, will once again be narrating the drama as it unfolds.
With the excitement building, Dami Hope, a microbiologist from Dublin, was revealed as one of the first contestants. When asked what he will be bringing to the villa, the 26-year-old hunk said: "Just myself - Dami Hope! Being me - funny and my personality. I don’t know if I will cause trouble, I’ll try not to cause trouble but sometimes you don't intentionally cause trouble - but it happens!"
