British Summer Time will come to an end this weekend.
This time of year ushers in colder nights and shorter evenings as the last of the summer sun slowly slips away. In an attempt to make the most of the daylight, bi-annual clock changes were introduced to make the changing of seasons more bearable.
British Summer Time (BST) pushes the clocks forward one hour in March but that is set to come to an end this weekend. At 2am on Sunday, the clocks will roll back one hour, bringing with it brighter mornings, for a short period at least.
