When Chelsea fans can next scout Eden Hazard in Real Madrid action amid loan transfer talks

Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard and Erling Haaland could be involved in a roundabout transfer saga come the summer with Chelsea having a heavy reliance on certain deals going through.

With Los Blancos preparing to try and sign both Mbappe and Haaland, Carlo Ancelotti's side will need to make room on their wage bill to fulfil FFP rules and the Belgian could be seen as a discardable if Real were to be serious about this rebuild.

Despite denying him an early exit in January amid continued Chelsea return talk, the summer could see the winger potentially make an emotional return to west London.

Therefore, it's no surprise to see new rumours that, according to some reports in Spain, Roman Abramovich and co have re-entered talks with Real Madrid over the possibility of Hazard returning to SW6.

The 31-year-old, who has two-and-a-half years left to run on his Los Blancos contract, left the Blues in the summer of 2019 for the Spanish giants for a fee believed to be in excess of £100million.

However, since the Belgian made the move to the Spanish capital, things have been far from ideal. Hazard has struggled with injury problems throughout his time at the Santiago Bernabeu and has only made seven starts in La Liga this term.

According to Spanish football journalist, Ramon Alvarez, via the Express, Real Madrid and Chelsea are now in talks over a possible loan deal for Hazard.

The move that is being touted would see Hazard return to Stamford Bridge on a loan deal, with no option to make it permanent, and then return to Real Madrid in 2023.

With this news back and fresh once again on the agenda, Chelsea fans will undoubtedly be keeping a close eye on what their club legend does between now and the end of the season, so they can make their rational judgements upon his return.
