Warnings for snow and ice have been issued for up to four days across the country.

While a yellow warning for snow comes into place in the north west and Liverpool on Thursday, March 9 and Friday, March 10. The warning means that heavy snow has the potential to cause "significant" disruption on those days, according to forecasters.
