Valued at $50.9 billion by market cap, the company owned and/or operated 3,399 self-storage facilities located in 40 states with approximately 247 million net rentable square feet in the U.S. The self-storage giant is expected to announce its fiscal first-quarter earnings for 2026 in the near term.
Ahead of the event, analysts expect PSA to report an FFO of $4.11 per share on a diluted basis, down marginally from $4.12 per share in the year-ago quarter. The company has consistently surpassed Wall Street’s FFO estimates in its last four quarterly reports.
