A Republican congressman has announced a new bill that could bolster President Donald Trump‘s efforts to take over Greenland, and also rename it.

Mr Trump, 78, has wasted no time in his bid to acquire the autonomous Danish territory since becoming president for the second time. He has long set his sights on the Nordic region, despite Denmark insisting it is not for sale.
