West Ham United’s players have spent the first half of this week in a warm weather training camp in the Algarve of Portugal ahead of facing Fiorentina in the final of the Europa Conference League next Wednesday.
On Monday, a squad of 24 players and David Moyes and his coaching staff travelled to Portugal for a brief three-day training camp prior to their first European final in 47 years in six days’ time in Prague before returning to their Rush Green training base in east London.
Footage has emerged from the training camp of the players being put through their paces in Portugal, but there has also been a glimpse into what the players have been up to during their downtime while in Portugal.

A group of seven West Ham players, defenders Thilo Kehrer, Kurt Zouma Nayef Aguerd and Emerson, midfielder Lucas Paqueta, winger Said Benrahma and striker Michail Antonio all opted to take a trip to the Aquashow Family Park, a waterpark based in Quarteira.
As well as the seven of them having a group photo, they have also been filmed on a boat while on one of the rides singing “Oh, Said Benrahma,” as well as chants of “ZOUMA” in honour of the duo that water part of the aquapark trip.
While those seven opted for the slides, it was fairways and greens for four more of West Ham’s players, with captain Declan Rice, vice-captain Aaron Cresswell, midfielder Flynn Downes and striker Danny Ings all going for a round of golf together.
The images and videos shared on social media show the players having some fun and getting some light-hearted relaxation ahead of what for many, will be their biggest matches in their careers with less than a week to go until facing Fiorentina.
