What we know so far about the South Korean Halloween crowd accident

South Korean officials said Sunday evening that at least 153 people were killed and 133 more were injured during a Halloween event in Seoul, the Associated Press reports.

The big picture: The horrifying incident appears to be one of the deadliest disasters in South Korea since the Sewol ferry capsized in 2014 and 304 were killed.
