England face their stiffest World Cup test yet when they take on Senegal this evening.

Gareth Southgate's side passed the group stage test with flying colours as a laboured draw against the USA was sandwiched in between comprehensive wins over Iran and Wales.

That saw them qualify as group winners, and they now face a Senegal side who finished second behind the Netherlands in Group A.

Despite losing to the Dutch, the reigning AFCON champions picked up wins against Qatar and Ecuador to advance in second place.

It should be an intriguing affair as England look to march on.
