After securing UEFA Champions League football on the final day of the Premier League season, Spurs manager Antonio Conte and the players enjoy a well-deserved break ahead of the new season.
With pre-season approaching sooner than many think, it's important for the Spurs players to unwind after a long, arduous season that saw the club compete in four competitions, which will repeat itself in the 2022/23 campaign. And with a winter World Cup in the middle, this time to rest cannot be taken for granted.
While some stars are still playing due to international call-ups, others have already swapped their boots for their sandals and have begun to share photos of what they are up to.

Antonio Conte has taken this opportunity to spend time with his wife and daughter, with supporters on social media commenting that the Spurs boss is taking a 'deserved' and 'earned' holiday before he knuckles down and builds on a spectacular debut season in north London.
Eric Dier, not on international duty with England, met up with former Spurs midfielder Moussa Dembele in Saint-Tropez, and the pair had a friendly kickabout, according to Dier's Instagram. "Played alongside him in a 3v3 in the garden yesterday. It was funny to remember what it was like to steal a living."
Matt Doherty traded his Spurs shirt for an apron, wasting no time in 'working' the barbeque as he cooks chicken under the sun. Doherty's full-back partner out on the left, Ryan Sessegnon, is enjoying some quality time with his partner. With plenty of pictures in the water and on a bike, the left-back looks in excellent shape ahead of what will be an intense pre-season under Conte.
Meanwhile, youngster Dane Scarlett has also used the opportunity to leave England and enjoy the sun, with Sessegnon commenting on Instagram: "My lil bro," while Alfie Devine said: "Sharp."
Troy Parrott was captured on a boat, captain's hat on show as well, while Lucas Moura was pictured at his newly opened football court, which has drawn artwork on the walls of him at the different football clubs over his career. "I wanted to thank @pauloterraartes_ and all his team for the fantastic work they did, making the @l7lifeclub court even more beautiful and special," Moura wrote. "Thank you very much from the heart, congratulations on your talent and may God bless you all!"
