What to Expect From ON Semiconductor's Q3 2026 Earnings Report

Scottsdale, Arizona-based ON Semiconductor Corporation (ON) provides intelligent sensing and power solutions in the United States and internationally. The company has a market cap of $29.9 billion and operates through three segments: Power Solutions Group, Analog and Mixed-Signal Group, and Intelligent Sensing Group. The company is expected to release its Q3 2026 earnings soon.

Ahead of the event, analysts expect the company’s EPS to be $0.87 on a diluted basis, up 38.1% from $0.63 in the year-ago quarter. The company has exceeded Wall Street’s EPS estimates in each of its last four quarters, which is impressive.
