Millions of people will have received half of the £650 cost of living payment from the government in July.
Many claimants on Universal Credit and other benefits have been getting £326 payments in the last month to help with the soaring cost of living. 8.4million households were expected to receive the payment from July 14, and the government said almost all eligible households should have got £326 by July 31.
But, the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) warned of possible delays. So what can you do if you are eligible for the payment but haven't received it yet?
